Galina Fedorova is an entrepreneur, social innovator, and philanthropist. She is a Co-Founder of GOODdler (an innovative technology for civic and charitable organizations working in Humanitarian Aid and Development, Disaster Preparedness and Recovery), President of Gooddler Foundation, Co-Founder of Social Innovation Youth Summit and Social Impact Youth Incubator.
Galina is a member of the strategic group of the United Nations initiative the "Compact for Young People in Humanitarian Actions".
Galina has successfully led a number of philanthropic initiatives, mobilizing people and resources to deliver creative solutions to community problems with a goal of building a movement for social change. These include tackling poverty issues in families with children to prevent parents from losing custody of their children, creating an awareness around mental disabilities, and mobilizing people to volunteer in local orphanages. At Gooddler Foundation she leads a group of research-based practitioners, strengthening access to cutting-edge evidence-based non-formal, vocational and tertiary education opportunities for youth through building strategic alliances with academic, corporate and civic game changers and youth to design and deliver the best quality, easily adaptable and scalable programs that achieve measurable impact.
Together with her colleagues Galina co-designs and co-delivers programs that serve as interventions to support the development of enterprises that specifically aim at poverty reduction and inclusive growth, engaging with policymakers, academia, non-profit and private sectors to help to identify systemic barriers and promote strategies that enable social enterprises to flourish.
Galina is an avid triathlete, biker and skier. In her spare time she trains for an Ironman (she completed a few) and can be found either backcountry skiing or climbing the mountains on her bike all around the globe. Catch her, if you can!
