Gooddler Social Innovation Youth Incubator

GOODDLER SOCIAL Innovation YOUTH incubator

In support of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals

Gooddler Foundation is a group of research-based practitioners, strengthening access to cutting-edge evidence-based non-formal, vocational and tertiary education opportunities for youth through building strategic alliances with academic, corporate and civic game changers and youth to design and deliver the best quality, easily adaptable and scalable programs that achieve measurable impact.

We promote a multi-stakeholder engagement, recognizing the important role of national and local governments, the UN system, civil society, private sector, regional institutions, foundations, academia, media and most importantly youth in creating greater economic opportunities. Gooddler Social Innovation Youth Incubator and Gooddler Social Innovation Youth Summit are the main events of the Foundation.

THE GOODDLER SOCIAL INNOVATION YOUTH INCUBATOR INSPIRES A NEW GENERATION OF YOUTH TO INVEST THEIR ENTREPRENEURIAL BRAIN-POWER INTO SOLVING THE WORLD'S ACUTE HUMANITARIAN PROBLEMS

Gooddler Social Innovation Youth Incubator is a 3, 6, and 10 month-long, inclusive, participatory program for youth from different socio-economic backgrounds:

  • to develop a value driven character of a leader through discovering and building their leadership abilities

  • to foster a development of social entrepreneurship, aimed at solving challenges facing local communities, through learning and mastering necessary entrepreneurial skills.

The Incubator focuses on how young leaders could use an innovation and technology to tackle development challenges and aims at bridging a social distance in youth caused by the differences in race, gender, religion and ethnicity. It culminates with presentations of proposed solutions to the audience of philanthropists, social impact investors, and global civic and corporate leaders at the Social Innovation Youth Summit, an annual conference.

Ending global suffering is a shared responsibility

Ending global suffering is a shared responsibility

GOODdler improves coherence of humanitarian resource, by providing technology that bridges efforts of both humanitarian aid organizations and international development organisations. One platform to meet the needs of all.

While humanitarian community and civic organizations are struggling to cover growing financial needs, the involvement of private sector is still very modest. An involvement of business in humanitarian action to provide necessary resources, whether it is finances or relevant skills, is essential for solving humanitarian crisis. On top of public/private partnerships, it is important to do whatever it takes to make individual contributors a part of the equation.

GOODdler platform is a perfect tool that promotes transparency and allows for an easy way to increase “in kind” contributions. It allows businesses to cover specific needs expressed by civic and charitable organizations and do it in a way that doesn’t add to the complexity of a particular situation.

GOODdler platform involves local retailers in the process whenever it is possible to make delivery of in-kind contribution more effective while improving a local economy at the same time. This technology allows for greater transparency. “True transparency is within our grasp thanks to digital technology and this should be extended to include communities receiving aid: humanitarian organizations can learn and improve by listening to the people they serve.”
